Take Me Back to Old Virginny

I heard on the radio today that Virginia has the fastest growing rate of obesity. Watch out Houston and Texas, here come the fatty Virginians!! You're going to lose your ranking of the fattest state soon!

Oh, and I also had a wonderful birthday today. I scrapbooked and swam 1/4 mile this morning (I'm SO proud of myself for that feat). Ruth came over with her teenage friend Katie Lobel (the daughter of Carol Lobel who is going through all of those cancer treatments). They took care of Colden while I got my hair cut and I roamed around JoAnn's for over an hour (now I have MORE projects to work on...I plan on sewing jammies for Colden and making myself a skirt--one of those cute, past-the-knee flare skirts). Then Rob took me out to dinner at a Philipino restaurant. We topped the night off by going to Old Navy to return a shirt my mom bought for my b-day, but we still ended up spending more than the return. Today wasn't a party or anything, but I really enjoyed it!
