Is this a repeat post? Wait...no...but we're going through this whole interview thing again!
This year, Rob is interview at 7 different places...and he turned down 3 interviews. He made his goal of 10 interviews. I'm proud of him! This is what he has left:
St. Louis - 24th
West Virginia - 30th
Pacific (U of P) - 31st
Virginia (VCU) - Nov 2,3rd
Kentucky - Nov 10th
While he's out and about doing all of this, I get to stay home and play with the kids. At least, we try to do as much of that as possible to pass the time.
Today, I took the kids to Play Group and dressed them up in their Halloween costumes (Dylan was a Fire Man and Colden was a lion). They paraded around the halls of an assisted living place for the elderly. Oh, those older ladies loved the kids! Colden was a timid lion. He wouldn't smile or talk to anyone. I think he needs to see the Wizard of Oz for some courage. Speaking of, yesterday I took them to the library for a craft. He (really I) made a scarecrow (without a brain, of course). So, now we need to figure out Dorothy, Todo, the Wicked Witch, and the Tin Man and we're ready for a Broadway production!
I'll post pics of the boys in their costumes as soon as I get them.
Oh, and the 2005 entries are from last year. This blog used to be on a family site (www.savingforthekids.com). But now that site is password protected, so I wanted to publish this in a place where all my friends and family can check up on our updates. I'll probably post the "monthly" newsletter on this, too.
