...is my 2 front teeth.
That's the song Dylan has really been singing lately...when he's actually whining at the teething pain. Well, good ol' St. Nick granted his wish! Two of his bottom teeth just poked through today...on Christmas! Merry Christmas, buddy!
Real quick:
We had a great Christmas. Last night, we had dinner and friends over at my in-laws house. We sang Christmas songs, told the Nativity story (toned down so 2-year-olds would be interested), and also sang Happy Birthday to Jesus.
Colden had two little girl friends. At one point, he was JAMMING on the harmonica with one girl on each side. I can't remember the last time I've seen him have so much fun!! He was playing then laughing and smiling the whole time. Pics coming soon...(Emilie, how do you post video streams on the blog?)
This morning, we kept Colden upstairs while "Santa" set up Christmas downstairs (we had everyone over so late that we didn't bother to set out the gifts!). Colden got a new trike that he loves...his other favorite toys are the cheep dollar-store helicopter and tractor. Dylan got a cute T-ball toy that makes noise when he touches the ball. They really had a great day.
The adults played "Ticket To Ride" 3 times today. I've got the skills in this game...watch out Rob! Anyway, it was a great Christmas! I hope you enjoyed yours!
