"Reading"

Today, Colden "read" a book to Dylan before his nap. Hands, Hands, Fingers, Thumb. It's so cute to listen to him "read" a book...and it was especially fun to hear him "read" to his younger brother. He just memorizes most or all of the words and then "reads" the book through memory.

Right now, he's just exploding in his learning. The past few days, Colden has sat down at the piano and played a simple knuckle song on the black keys. He doesn't get it exactly right, but Rob and I can tell what he's playing. Today, he tried Chopsticks. He just sits there in total concentration...it's so cute!! The other day, he vocally "spelled" his name...L-D-E. I was just so happy that he got three letters in a row!

It's so fun to see them grow up!
