We love it here in St. Louis. There is so much to do. Literally. So far, we've:

*biked at a park as a family
*gone to Grant's Farm (Ulysses S. Grant's farm where farm and exotic animals are kept)
*gone to the zoo
gone to the Museum of Transportation (trains, cars, airplanes...oh my)
*played at several parks (many have water features for kids to play in)
*hiked in a couple of parks
*gone to the Botanical Gardens (magnificent) and listened to a live blue grass concert there
*had a BBQ with Rob's class
*gone to the temple and taken the kids there to see it
*gone to the Magic House (Children's museum)
*gone to the Science Center
*seen a movie at the theatre (free at 10am on Wed mornings during the summer)
*attended a Peter and the Wolf quintet production with the kids
*gone to Story Time at the library almost every week
*had play dates with friends
*went swimming in friends pools
*gone to Lone Elk Park...a wildlife reserve area for Elk, bison, deer, and birds (sometimes, Colden will put winter gloves on and march around the house holding his arm out...pretending that he has a bird on it...just like the bird-handlers do at the bird sancutary)
*played frisbee golf at a local park
played at Chuck E Cheese
